For Health, Spiritual Reasons, Nutritional Requirementz, Diabetes Healing, Fat Reduction thru Ketosis.
I Started Yesterday @ 5:30pm.
My Previous Best was 11 Days.
AND
I Knew I wazn’t Hungry once I Broke The Fast.
Focusing ON.
One Day at a Time.
Enjoyed My First.
Banana/Mixed Berries/Blueberries/KiwiFruit/PineApple/Spinach/Leek/Water
Smoothie.

I have tried intermittent fasting, and it is a great way to lose weight. I’ve never made it 30 days before though, and I’m not sure I would be able to do it with only smoothies.
I love smoothies, but it is hard to get fresh ingredients for them. Do you use fresh ingredients, or do you use frozen, or a mixture of both? I live in a rural area without a lot of shopping options, so I would probably have to do a mixture of both to create what you did here. If a mixture of both fresh and frozen would work, it sure looks like it would be great to try.
